Is my payment data safe with you?

How long does it take to get my products?
Orders placed before 4 PM will be shipped the same day. See our shipping & delivery center for more info.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping notification email containing the tracking link as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking page will be updated to reflect the real-time location of your order. You can track your order with your tracking number here.
Please note that the estimated delivery date depends on the delivery address and the shipping method selected.
What countries do you ship to?
We deliver globally, covering both large cities and remote island nations.
How do I return my package?
You can return your item(s) for a refund or store credit within 30 days from the date the package was delivered to you. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email us with your name, surname, order number, product name(s), and reason for return.
- Print the return label we have provided.
- Attach the return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at your nearest local post office.
- Email us the tracking number once the package has been shipped.
*Items must be undamaged, unused, and in their original packaging.
*Items must be shipped within 5 days of the return label being created.
*For size-related returns, please include a photo in your email showing the size of the product clearly. Click here to view an example image.
How do I cancel my order?
We want to give you complete control over your orders. To cancel your order, you can send an email with your reason for cancellation to ammomode@gmail.com or you can cancel it yourself from the order details page.
However, please note that orders need to be cancelled before they are shipped.
Who pays the shipping fee when the item(s) is returned?
To guarantee a smooth shopping experience, we offer the option to return item(s) free of charge within 30 days of purchase.
